“Best DUI Defense Attorney”

I met with several defense attorneys from an online search after being charged with a DUI, all of which were qualified and personable. But David was referred to me through a family attorney and I immediately knew once meeting him that he would be the best fit to represent me. He instilled the most confidence in me, gave me an honest expectation for the outcome, and eased my mind regarding this case so that I could go about my daily life in between the legal proceedings. Between David and his legal partner Nat we were able to win my DOL case, and reduce the DUI charge to Negligent Driving in the 2nd Degree with no jail time and only 1 day of work crew. Even better, the Negligent Driving charge was given a deferred sentencing and after 2 years of compliance with the court’s requests, the pending charges will be dismissed. David provided me with exceptional legal representation, won me an outcome that far exceeded my expectations, and assured me throughout the process that all legal defense actions were being taken so that I could continue to be productive and live my normal life. Thanks to David I not only have a record in good-standing, but I have hope and access to the future I dream and work towards daily.

“Whole Heartedly Recommended”

I cannot recommend David Ryder strongly enough.

Trust. That is the key word I use in hiring an attorney to protect my livelihood. Mr. Ryder has the innate ability to see the legal matter before him in an objective, and subjective way. “Came to My Rescue”

I was involved in a personal injury suit about two and a half years ago. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I talked to a few people in my circle, and there was one person who was involved in a personal injury case and suggested that I give David Ryder a call. I was nervous, like most people, especially when it comes to lawyers. I remember my first meeting with him, because he came to meet me, which I thought was really cool. At the end of our first meeting, I remember him saying to me that he doesn’t usually take on my type of case, but he saw something in it, and took my case. Throughout the entire process, David was honest, professional, kept me informed and updated me in a timely manner on the progress of my case. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case and would recommend him.

“Made Me Feel Like a VIP in the Courtroom”

After getting pulled over in Edmonds for smoking marijuana and driving, I gave David a call. Not truly knowing the ins and outs of the legality after I-502, I really did not know what I was up against. Having a knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced lawyer made all the difference. Being 18 at the time, I thought that the worst was coming my way, with a THC content of 28 ng/l I was almost 6 times the legal limit. I got pulled over in March 2013, just a little bit after the new laws went into effect. He got me a deal with the City of Edmonds that if I do not violate my probation, I can get out of this with a minor DUI (glorified MIP), and no SR-22 insurance! He got me a grand slam of a deal. As more and more people get pulled over for green DUI’s, the laws will be even more refined. My advice; have David Ryder represent you in the courtroom and you will not be disappointed.The biggest thing that stood out to me was that at the end of our case, we entered the deal, and after we got out of the courtroom he said if I ever have any temptations to smoke or drink, give him a call day or night for some reassurance. That showed me how much he actually cared about representing me as a person, and supporting me being sober. Reasonably priced, great legal skills, experienced, great communication, and overall a great person; if I ever have a run in with the law again, I will most definitely have David represent me.
